“Aganoa guests this past week arrived to some of the biggest sets we’ve seen in the past few months! Everyone was brave enough to paddle out for the show but only a few daredevils decided to take the plunge, giving Aganoa’s resident photographer some of the best photos he’s taken yet. From monster double ups, to vertical back hand attacks, Aganoa Right provided us with a multitude of sections as it does when a solid swell hits it.

It wasn’t all full throttle however as the rest of the week calmed down offering a fun, rippable size at Middles and some alluring afternoon lefts in front of the lodge as the sun set over the Pacific. Between tides we went fishing, snorkeling and also ventured to the North side of the island to see the spectacular volcanic landscape and play with the turtles.

It has been another successful week here at Aganoa Lodge!”
