Built for Surfing Charters
Nusa Dewata was the first Indonesian vessel built specifically for surf charters, and translates to "Island of the Gods" in Balinese language. Perfectly suited for your next surf trip, the vessel is a beautiful 65' timber sloop, rigged motor sailor, commissioned in Lembongan in 1992 by the previous owners and operators. Together with the loyal Indonesia crew onboard, they've served thousands of surfers, and always knew exactly what surfers were chasing! Over the years, the vessel has been through a number of renovations, and has all the latest equipment and features including air-conditioning, radios, GPS, and an extensive first aid kit. You'll be fully-equipped and all set for the surf trip of your dreams aboard Nusa Dewata - scoring perfect waves, indulging in beautiful food, and experiencing all that this region has to offer.
Accommodation
Comfortable and Air-conditioned Accommodation
Below deck, you will find Nusa Dewata has air-conditioned dorm style accommodation, as well as an indoor electrical marine toilet and shower, plus a traditional marine toilet and outdoor shower for a quick wash off after the surf. There's also plenty of shaded deck area on both the forward and rear of the charter for surfers to relax and enjoy the surroundings after a long and pumping surf session!
Meals
No Indo surf charter is complete without amazing food, and Nusa Dewata's Australian trained Indonesian chef will really blow away your taste buds. With generous servings of both Indonesia and Western inspired dishes, you are guaranteed to feel re-fueled and ready for your next surf session, meal after meal.
Surf Nusa Dewata Surf Charters
With a capacity of only 6 surfers onboard, and a trusty speedboat with a 4 stroke 100hp Yamaha engine, you can expect to be able to surf a large variety of waves, catering to all types of surfers. Nusa Dewata covers the Mentawai Islands region, and some favourite breaks are Thunders if you're looking for a go-to-wave when the swell is small. Macaronis, which is the best performance wave in the area. Or, if you are wanting a boost of adrenaline, Greenbush!
Heading North, you will surf the famous Lance's Left and HT's as well as the Playgrounds region, which has a very vast variety in waves.
Non-Surf Activities
Extensive game fishing equipment, and snorkeling gear is supplied onboard, and the crew will take you to some of the best spots in the region.
