A sensational surfing experience (Salty Sea Dogs)

Hi Josh, What an experience the Maldives was. We had a sensational time. Scored fantastic weather, Off shore winds and good fun size waves. The biggest day was the first day at Jail Breaks 4 to 5ft. We were a little cautious as none of us had caught anything bigger than 1ft waves at home. Our Surf Guide (Shadow) was brilliant. Always keeping us informed with what was happening on the wave front and also suggesting the best take off spots at all the Breaks. He made a great call when he suggested we head down south to Quarters to get away from the crowds and to make the most of the dropping swell. We had Quarters to ourselves for 2 days at a consistant 2 – 3 ft waves. Yea Ha. All the crew were helpful and the cooks did a wonderful job of keeping us filled with Carbs and Protein to keep the energy up for the long surf sessions. The Boat was always kept clean but it is definitely in need of a refurb. The boat has everything you need but it is starting to show its age. Everyone had a fantastic time and there is talk already about the next trip. Thanks for everything and I will be recommending World Surfaris to anyone who is thinking of a surfing holiday.
