An epic birthday trip

We had the best time going to Lohis for my 40th birthday. Being able to walk out your room (if staying in the surfer rooms) taking 50 steps and getting in the surf at sunrise was a huge plus. There are two boats going twice a day if you need to fill your right handed quota! I always took my snorkelling gear incase I got back to the boat first and had time to admire the amazing reef. Loads of marine life! The Lohis surf crew were great fun and knowledgeable, the other surfer guests were fantastic company, super friendly and made my 40th birthday a great day to remember. All the staff at the resort are helpful, the food delicious, the beers cold and the vibe chilled. The water is as blue as you imagine it to be and sooooo clear!! We had the best time and we will be back! My only advice would be to make sure you book the surfer pass for the day you arrive – we were able to check in early (9.30am) and surf all day!
