Join Balsa surfboard enthusiast Mark Riley on an 11 day surf adventure to Papua New Guinea staying at the infamous Nusa Island Retreat.
Mark Riley visited the balsawood farm and factory in PNG from where he sources his balsawood and then took a group surfing to Kavieng staying at Nusa Island Retreat, which is the capital of the New Guinean Province of New Ireland situated on the northern tip of the island.
Mark has since planned another expedition to the remote island but this time giving a group of lucky individuals the chance to experience what Mark has come to love about PNG and the people he works with in his Balsa surfboard business.
This season World Surfaris are proud to be part of the adventure and hope you can join Mark at Nusa Island Retreat from the 27th March - 7th April for 11 days of fun.
The whole adventure will be recorded and documented by a photographer focusing on a standalone video that will showcase the ecological benefits of using balsa instead of PU foam and also the work carried out by SAPNG and the PNGPTA.
