Kingfisher Resort features 3 bungalows with absolute beachfront views. All bungalows were built by resort owner Ben Pike, who is a carpenter by trade. All bungalows are air-conditioned, have running hot water showers, comfortable mattresses and are absolutely huge!
The Kingfisher Resort restaurant is the centrepiece of the resort, with a spacious veranda where you can take in an inspiring sunrise whilst sipping on your morning coffee.
Head chef Rama is an amazing chef and he won't allow you to go hungry during your trip. One of the highlights of your trip will be the traditional BBQ of Indonesia, known as Bubbiguling (pig on a spit). Rama is a master and you will not be disappointed with the food.
Kingfisher Resort couldn't be any better located. 'Lances Left' fires down the point directly in front of the resort and just 10 minutes away by boat is 'Lances Right'.
There are also up to another 10 surfable waves in the region, with some of them unknown to boats passing by.
Ben and Jaco make amazing owner/surf guides of Kingfisher Resort. They will have you surfing the best waves in the area on any given day.
All guests will arrive in Padang on the 31st July to a hotel that has been pre-arranged by World Surfaris.
The following morning you will take a speed boat to Kingfisher and be surfing by approximately midday.
On the return trip, we will depart around 11am from Kingfisher and have you in Padang by no later than 4pm. It is then advisable to stay another night in Padang, which World Surfaris have pre-arranged. You will fly home the following morning the 9th August.
The trip is a total of 9 nights - 2 nights in Padang and 7 full nights sleeping at Kingfisher Resort.
