User Friendly waves
All breaks are reef breaks and vary in their degree of difficulty, depending on the size and direction of the swell and the depth of the reef. A surfer's paradise with consistent swells between 3 and 5 ft, getting up to 6 to 8 ft and sometimes bigger. All breaks can be surfed on most tides and the set-ups vary depending on conditions.
Island Paradise
Nusa Island Retreat is set on an idyllic point surrounded by a beautiful swimming beach teeming with marine life. It is the perfect choice for those seeking that elusive slice of paradise.
Friendly locals
Safetu om PNG has a bad reputation in Australia. This may be the case in certain mainland cities however the outer islands are very different. The locals are happy-go-lucky islanders who will show you around their village and shower you with Melanesian hospitality.
