I love surfing, hanging and holidaying with the crew. We scored some classic oil-slick waves. Classic conditions with only the three of us in the water (and maybe a few turtles). Forever in awe of the scenery, water and environment. It was more than surfing however. The Captain, the Cook and the boat was a pleasure to be around/aboard. Classic crew, beautiful food and always accommodating our needs. The locals and their hospitality made this trip especially fun. The reaction of some of the little kids to us “white” guys was pretty amazing. Beautiful kids and gently natured parents and elders. I can’t wait to see the photos. All in all this trip was a fucking classic. Surf was great, caught a big fish, laughed my insides out, ate unreal food, talked so much shit we were forced to leave. Definitely see PNG again.
