Residents have access to all facilities of the hotel and other services provided to package guests and are provided with a personal motorbike, if requested when booking.

Guests have provisions to make their own breakfast and snacks, plus a well stocked bar. All meals can be taken at Heaven’s restaurant or brought to the Reef Palace by your personal assistant who will also run any errands Some guests choose to make extra meals themselves. A Heaven’s chef can come to the house and cook for you, subject to availability.

Every day, your cleaner and assistant will check the stocks of food and drinks and make sure the food and bar don’t run out. But, you may need to ask and give warning at times as some stocks come from Mataram and may take 2 days to arrive!!

The kitchen has the following pantry stocks: 2 dozen eggs, 2 boxes of porridge (oats), 2 boxes cornflakes, skim milk, sugar, Nescafe and Lombok coffee, butter, Kraft cheddar cheese, bread, jam, Vegemite, yoghurt, seasonal tropical fruits.  Orders of fresh vegetables and other perishables may be made desired.  Please keep in touch with staff regularly for your orders.

The bar has Bourbon, Gin, Tonic, Vodka, Orange and other Juices, Vermouth, olives for martinis, 4 bottles of red wine, 4 bottles of white wine, Bintang beer, Coke and Sprite.

Additional food or drink requests should be made before arriving at the property.

Our cliff-top chalets all have private bathroom/toilet facilities and their own decks overlooking the Bay. They are a smaller version of the big house. One unit is 2-bedroom for families.

Our Beach House is located just above the beach and near the business internet centre.
The natural accommodation is used by our volunteer interns and, when available, for non-package guests. In grass hut style, they have large windows and door in front to give our guests good vantage points of the property and the view. These rooms are set a little way back however they still command excellent views. The natural accommodation has the use of our “shared” bathroom facilities.

On 50 m high cliffs, Heaven on the Planet’s restaurant, bar and pool have stunning views of the surf break, Mt Rinjani and Ekas Bay. Drinks are served poolside.

The massage and spa centre offers treatments ranging from traditional honey and cucumber facials to Balinese full body massage with specialties such as warm stone massage and reflexology to ease your aches and pains away.  Our spa menu has something for everyone and all of our products are sourced locally to complement the treatments and our commitment to provide you with the best possible wellness programme.  Our aim is to offer a harmonizing antidote to any stress in your lifestyle.

For our active guests, our resort has beautiful ocean swimming, diving and snorkelling beaches. A surf boat, surfboards and diving equipment are available. Our outrigger boat is ideal for getting in touch with the warm tropical waters of Lombok, or reaching the nearby surfbreaks and dive sites.

Motor bike rentals let you explore and experience the sights and culture of this remote Lombok coastal district.

A variety of shopping and cultural tours will take you into the best of Lombok.
